Our aim is to solve a wide range of computing and network problems quickly and with confidence. Remote work is preferred but we’re happy to visit your business when needed.
- work is billed based on an hourly rate, calculated in 15 minute intervals
- onsite visits attract a minimum 1 hour fee regardless of actual time spent onsite
- remote work attracts a minimum half hour fee
- after hours and weekend work available, billable rate is increased 1.5x for out-of-hours work
- prices include GST
We offer two different response speeds and pricing structures:
$136.40 – on demand hourly rate
- one business day response
- available Monday to Friday between 9:00 – 17:00
- suitable for very small businesses and those with light IT support needs
$110.00 – reduced rate available for those businesses happy to pay a monthly fee for enhanced commitment and proactive services under contract
- 3 hour, contracted response
- available Monday to Friday between 8:30 – 18:00
- certain regular tasks and pro-active support is excluded from any hourly rate and instead included in a monthly fee depending on the customer’s needs (commonly for customers with local network servers or complicated and expensive software applications)
- small maintenance tasks can be performed outside of regular hours without any hourly rate increase
- typical monthly contracts start around $550/month on a 24 month contract
