An Affordable Services Contract

Loyfam now offers contracted services, assigning a Field/Operations level technician to visit your network to provide regular technical support and basic administration services.

From $608 (inc GST) per month - for 5 supported users/desktops

includes nBox server and an assigned technician to service your computing environment weekly

Our maintenance agreement includes:

• 1 hour weekly visitation
• 3 hour incident response and remote support
• Kaspersky anti-virus licensing for PC's
• Monitoring of important (but often overlooked) processes such as backup
• Early warning on problems that arise gradually and unknowingly
• More immediate resolution of common problems
• A technician who will become familiar with your network, staff and goals
