Loyfam now offers contracted services, assigning a Field/Operations level technician to visit your network to provide regular technical support and basic administration services.
From $608 (inc GST) per month
includes nBox server and an assigned technician to service your computing environment weekly
Our maintenance agreement includes:
- Kaspersky anti-virus licensing for 5 PC's
- Monitoring of important (but often overlooked) processes such as backup
- Early warning on problems that arise gradually and unknowingly
- More immediate resolution of common problems
- A technician who will become familiar with your network, staff and goals
