Onsite Services

Loyfam will provide support to the Customer within 3 hours of confirmed problem report from customer, between 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays).

Onsite Services are billed for a minimum of one hour regardless of how much time is spent on site and is calculated from when the technician arrives at the office until he has finished the assigned task or has ran out of time/budget.

We offer the following services:

Engineering and Consulting	$99.00 per hour
System Support	$80.00 per hour
Non-profit Engineering and Consulting	$87.75 per hour
Non-profit System Support	$71.00 per hour
nBox Customers with Current Maintenance	$71.50 per hour

Remote Support

Some computer problems can be fixed remotely.  Support will be performed remotely using internet access methods.

Remote Support will be charged at a flat rate of $30 per 15 minutes. A benefit of Remote Support is that the minimum charge is reduced to 15 minutes vs 1 hour.
